Ron
has been a partner of the firm since 2001 in the Leasing, Business and
Property law section. Many business based and individual clients rely
on Ron for all aspects of their legal work. This ranges from all aspects
of business, property and commercial law dealings including commercial
and retail leasing (landlord and tenant), property purchase and sales
(including commercial/industrial and multi unit developments), finance
and mortgages (acting for lenders and borrowers), sales and purchases
of business, business and trust structures, joint ventures, GST, contracts
and agreements as well as general legal advice. He has also experience dealing
in Wills and Probate and litigation.
