Michael is a partner in the General Business and Property Law Section. Admitted to practise in 1986, he is highly experienced in all aspects of property, commercial leasing, building and construction, joint ventures, mortgages, finance, stamp duty and GST advice and property syndications. He acts for a wide range of developers, builders, property owners and multi store tenant chains.

Michael is briefed in a wide range of matters from domestic conveyancing to large developments, subdivisions and aquisitions and disposals of shopping centres. He also attends to commercial leasing including retail and shopping centre leasing.

Also acting for general business owners and corporations, Michael also deals in drafting contracts, intellectual property, agreement advice, forming structures... He also assists businesses with product development and protection of intellectual property, licensing and distribution.

Michael has worked at well known firms including MacMillion Segal & Lenton, Madgwicks, Arthur Robinson and Hedderwicks and property syndication consultances.
