Established in mid 1995 by founding partners Michael Fetter and John Gdanski, Bettina Evert joined the firm as partner in 1998 and Ron Cohen in 2001. The firm provides cost effective legal services and solutions to a wide and diverse range of businesses, corporations and individual clients.

The firm is based in the Melbourne CBD. The Partners have a wide range of diverse trusted relationships which they can call upon for interstate and other work if consultants in various areas are required. We have strong relationships at the Bar and can recommend court barristers if required or use our own staff for appearances.

Fetter Gdanski presently comprises of four partners, numerous associates, solicitors, articled clerks, law and conveyancing clerks. It has secretarial and administrative staff to compliment our professional staff. All professional staff have mobiles for ease of contact and after hours computer and email access.

We aim our services towards general Business, Corporate and Property Law with a Litigation & Dispute Resolution department. We also offer conveyancing services.
