Bettina is the partner in charge of the litigation and dispute resolution section. She practices in all courts and tribunals including VCAT, Magistrates, County, Supreme, Federal and High Courts. She provides advice to businesses and individuals as plaintiff and defendants in all areas of litigation and appeals.

Bettina is a director of Fetter Gdanski and has been either a director or a partner of the firm since 1997. She is highly experienced in all aspects of commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on real property law and corporations law.

Prior to commencing at Fetter Gdanski, Bettina was a partner at Molomby & Molomby, a senior solicitor on the work-out tem after the collapse of the Tricontinental Bank in 1991. She also worked as a senior solicitor at Telstra Corporation advising senior management in relation to corporate governance and "COT cases" and in 1996 was a director at Deloitte Touche Thomatsu.

Bettina currently acts for a large number of builders, property owners and landlords and has advised Money 3 Corporation, in its former entity, since its establishment in 2006.

She is currently Deputy Chair of the Law Institute of Victoria, Executive Committee, Litigation Section, the Chair of the Courts Practice Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria and a lay member of the CPA Australia Disiciplinary Committee which hears professional disiciplinary matters relating to members of CPA Australia.
